The association works closely with its members and the council to maintain and improve amenities on the allotments. We especially aim to provide a strong and
united voice in our dealings with the council.

We offer a range of benefits to our members and organise a wide variety of social activities. The cost of membership is £5 per year for family membership.

  • Public Liability Insurance to cover accidents to any member of the public on your plots

  • Plant swap and social event in May
  • Summer produce show every September, with prizes
  • Summer BBQ
  • AGM every May
  • Seed ordering scheme offering top quality seeds at a significant discount, roughly half price!
  • Bulk ordering of manure and mushroom compost in the Autumn
  • Use of communal sheds (deposit required for key)
  • Low cost rental of petrol strimmer
